All services are provided by qualified and certified swimming instructors committed to delivering high-quality coaching experiences.

3. Registration and Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Complete any required health and safety questionnaires truthfully

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

Your safety is our priority. By participating in our swimming coaching services, you confirm that:

• You are physically fit to participate in swimming activities
• You have disclosed any medical conditions, disabilities, or injuries that may affect your participation

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment terms include:

• Package deals and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and expiration dates

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Coach Cancellations: If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Refunds: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Package deals may be subject to different refund policies as specified at the time of purchase.

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Swimming and aquatic activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Navavo, its coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation in our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate personal insurance coverage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, and software, is the property of Navavo and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration and service provision will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

We reserve the right to terminate services for anyone who violates our code of conduct without refund.

11. Modifications to Terms

Navavo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law
